About the Event
The walking starts at 9:00am every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Each session brings in a friendly group of individuals, all working to maintain mobility and a healthy lifestyle by adding a group walk to their routine. The exercise is gentle, relaxed, and all are welcome to participate.
