About the Event
Join an avid group of walkers every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning to partake in a session of gentle exercise. Music, walking, and fun are all guarantees, and coffee is provided after the workout. This program is open to all, and is free, but monetary donations to the foodbank are greatly appreciated.
