About the Event
Introduction to Genealogy with Narda Julg
Curious about your family history but not sure where to begin—or how to go further? This three-session genealogy workshop is designed for beginners and those with a little experience who want to build, organize, and expand their family tree.
Participants will be guided through the basics of genealogical research, including how to record family information, identify reliable sources, and use common research tools and records. Each session will build on the previous one, allowing time to practice skills, ask questions, and share discoveries.
Registration is required, as space is limited and the workshop is structured as a progressive series. Participants are expected to attend all three sessions.
Please bring any family history information you already have, such as names, dates, places, photographs, documents, or an existing family tree (paper or digital). Even small details are helpful and will be used during hands-on activities.
